- Benefits
- Hybrid & Flexible Working
- A dog-friendly office

- A team that's genuinely nice to work with
As Social Media Manager, you'll team up with our Strategists, Content Creators and fellow Social Media Managers to keep genuinely brilliant social content flowing out the door. From law firms to retail giants, FMCG names to consultancies, we work with a great mix of ambitious brands, so you'll find yourself on accounts like Marks & Spencer, KFC and Allen & Overy.
This isn't a sit-at-your-desk-all-day kind of role. You'll be just as at home in a strategy conversation with a senior client as you are on a shoot day, directing the content capture and getting hands-on to make it happen.
What you'll do
You'll take ownership of your own set of client accounts, running them with real autonomy and a sharp eye on the detail while spotting opportunities to grow them. You won't manage anyone directly, but you'll collaborate closely with talented people right across the agency.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading client calls and presenting work with confidence, turning insight into clear, purposeful social plans
- Collaborating closely with creatives, strategists and the wider team to turn good briefs into great work
- Bringing a strong point of view to every brief: you know what works on social, what doesn't, and why, and you're always pushing the idea further
- Staying genuinely plugged into platforms, formats and culture, and steering your clients somewhere fresh rather than safe
- Planning and running shoot days, from pre-production through to on-the-day direction and delivery
- Working with our Social Strategists on campaign, paid and always-on activity
- Owning the day-to-day delivery: the content calendar, resource in Monday.com, and making sure work ships on time and to a standard you're proud of
- Reporting on how your social is performing, then using what you learn to make the next thing even better
Due to the ever-evolving nature of social, you'll also be encouraged to learn and share new skills, while developing your own abilities by learning from colleagues across the Social team and the wider agency.
About you
To be considered for this position you'll need at least three years of experience in a social role.
The key skills and qualities we're looking for:
- Detail-obsessed and highly organised, able to juggle multiple accounts and a hundred moving parts without letting anything slip through the cracks
- Comfortable working with project management tools such as Monday.com to book resource, track progress and keep delivery on schedule
- A strategic thinker who can translate insight into clear, purposeful social plans
- Genuinely passionate about social: you're across the platforms, you follow the culture, and you've got a real eye for content and the confidence to push ideas further
- Hands-on and comfortable running shoot days, from briefing to on-set direction
- Confident presenting to and building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing social channels for clients
- Experience reporting on and implementing social strategies
- A genuine hybrid skill set: a strong writer who knows how to write for social, from captions and hooks to on-screen overlays and short scripts
- Working knowledge of creation tools such as Canva and CapCut preferred: you're as happy making the work as managing it
- A natural collaborator who brings people with them and makes the team better for being around
- Experience handling cost proposals and budgets (preferable)
- Previous agency experience (preferable)

The agency runs a hybrid model with flexi-working and a genuine work/life balance; this includes a minimum of two days a week together in our Old Street office.
