We're looking for a Junior Content Creator (Video & Motion) to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who enjoys being involved in the full production process; from capturing footage on shoot days to shaping edits and supporting projects behind the scenes.
Shooting is a key part of this role. There will be opportunities to film interviews and documentary-style content yourself, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their camera and directing skills.
Alongside creative work, you'll also support the team with production coordination and project organisation, helping keep projects running smoothly.
What you'll do
Video Production (Shooting)
- Shoot interviews, documentary-style content and branded films
- Shoot social-first video using mobile devices
- Support senior team members on larger shoots
- Help prepare and manage camera equipment for shoots
Motion Graphics
- Create simple motion graphics such as titles, captions and lower thirds
- Animate existing design assets for use in film and social content
Editing
- Edit short and mid-form video content
- Craft engaging stories from interview and documentary footage
- Deliver social cutdowns and campaign edits
Production Support
- Assist with shoot planning, preparation and logistics
- Support with project coordination, file organisation and asset management
- Help prepare production documentation such as call sheets and schedules
- Provide general office-based production support to the team during quieter production periods
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in video production or a strong portfolio
- Confident shooting interviews and documentary-style content with DSLR / mirrorless / full frame cameras
- Confident shooting high quality video on mobile devices
- Comfortable editing video in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects and an interest in developing this further
- Good understanding of visual storytelling and pacing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
- Comfortable working across multiple projects
What Success Looks Like in This Role
In your first few months, you'll quickly become a trusted part of the team, supporting shoots, contributing to edits and creating motion graphics that elevate our films.
You'll take ownership of smaller edits and filming opportunities, bring creative ideas to the table, and help ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes. As your confidence grows, you'll have opportunities to shoot more independently and contribute creatively across a range of employer brand films and social content.
