We're looking for a talented Account Director to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role in the agency, leading major client relationships and driving the delivery of impactful employer brand work. You'll be stepping into a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your strategic insight, client focus, and leadership skills will help us maintain momentum and excellence across our portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships across a range of employer branding and talent communications projects
  • Oversee the development and delivery of strategic, creative, and digital work – from EVP to campaigns
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Work closely with internal teams – including strategy, creative, and media – to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Manage budgets, timings, and resources to keep everything on track
  • Support and mentor account managers and execs, fostering a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Agency experience in an Account Director (or similar senior client services) role – ideally in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or B2B comms
  • A strong understanding of EVP, talent audiences, and employer brand strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations with senior clients
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
  • A natural collaborator with a passion for people, creativity, and problem-solving
